About Us

 

B&R Brakes was set up in 1975 by Ben de Boer, the business grew to 10 branches during the 1980's in 1989 it was sold to English company GKN. In 1994 the B&R Brakes name was re lanched at our Castle hill store and in 1997 Michael de Boer (Ben's son) moved back into the companies original head office at Blacktown. Today the business at Blacktown employes 6+ staff members who have a vast knowledge of the brake repair and brake related spare parts, this knowledge comes from a combined 70+ years in the industry.
